Hollywood & Vine... Where All the Famous Stars Dine!

Lovin' on June... Addie's favorite Little Einstein!

It's no coincidence that Addie has a purple dress on.
She was all about looking just like June and bringing her June doll to breakfast!

Morning at the Magic Kingdom!

"You spin me right round, baby right round
Like a record playin'
Right round. Round, round."
This is the one ride that my mother refused to ride!

We spent our last full day at Disney enjoying the extra magic hours of the park hopper pass at the Magic Kingdom. We rode every ride our heart desired with no more than a 5 minute wait... it was awesome! Honestly, I have never heard a family laugh and giggle as much as we did on this particular morning. Our first stops of the day were Fantasyland for all the classic Disney rides and Tomorrowland for fun with our favorite Pixar peeps!

Next stop, Mickey's Toontown Fair where we got the chance to walk through both Mickey and Minnie's country homes and gardens. Mommy took me on my first crazy kiddie coaster, The Barnstormer at Goofy's Wiseacre Farm. I L-O-V-E-D it! Daddy wanted to ride the Walt Disney World Railroad to Frontierland for some bigger coasters.
I'm all ears for my first roller coaster ride!

Mom and Dad went hog wild in Frontierland riding
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Splash Mountain
Kids at Heart...
Did you know my mommy giggles like someone is tickling her every time she rides a big ride. She thinks they are so much fun and it makes her feel like she is 10 years old! However, sitting front seat and getting drenched on Splash Mountain was not so much fun for the 31 year old in her.

Arrrr Matey...

A family who pirates together, stays together!
Addie has a new obsession... pirates. She loved the ride and she thinks Captain Hook is one funny character. In fact, now that we are back home, she is the proud new owner of a pirate ship, complete with Peter Pan characters. She loves shooting her canon balls shouting, "Fire in the hole!"

Swiss Family "Reusser"

This was one attraction I couldn't wait to climb through with Addie. Swiss Family Robinson brings back so many childhood memories of my dad. Our family has watched the movie numerous times throughout my life together, in fact just this last Christmas. Dad even built us our own tree house as kids that we spent hours in.

Disney's Fort Wilderness Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue...

We took the ferry over to the Fort Wilderness campgrounds

Pioneer Hall at Fort Wilderness

The Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue was a hoot-and-a-half!

Who knew my dad possessed so much musical ability...

He really tapped into his inner hill-jack!

Bring it on home cowgirl!

Typhoon Lagoon...

We headed to Typhoon Lagoon for some fun in the sun. This water park was amazing with a very cool 1960's beach club theme! We enjoyed several trips along the lazy river as a family and crashed in some waves in the ginormous tide pool. Addie tackled Ketchakiddee Creek, the children's area complete with slides, raft rides and bubbling jets.

Dinner at the Animal Kingdom...

We parked it for another great Disney parade!
Addie met safari Minnie and Mickey during our hike through the Animal Kingdom

Deep Sea Diving with Sea Turtles

Dinner was in Africa at the Tanger House...
delicious and unique food choices!

And not to be outdone by dad... mom tackled Everest after dinner!

Cause anything dad can do, mom can do better.
Mom can do anything better than dad.
