Group Self-PortraitNo, we didn't break any scramble records or even win any raffle items, but it was a great day to play golf. Addison Homes sponsored our team and a hole in the first annual Audra Hayes memorial golf outing. Audra was a young mother of 3 killed in an automobile accident. Friends of her family, including one of our co-workers, Ike Strege, sponsored the event to help establish college funds for her children. With the golf scramble they raised $10,000!

Wow, this is such a small world. Ike Strege was in my brother, Jody's, wedding, circa 1997! I can't remember if he was a groomsmen or the best man. They went to school together at Anderson University. Either way how crazy! What a great cause though!
